Can I connect vPlan to my ERP package?
Yes. vPlan has an open API, webhooks, oAuth and Make and Zapier connections from the Basic plan onwards, plus ready-made integrations. Our team can advise on the best route for your ERP.
What is a resource and what is a user?
A resource is anything you plan work on: a colleague, a machine, a van or a room. A user is anyone who logs in. You pay per resource, and every plan includes more users than resources.
How does implementing vPlan work?
Most teams are planning within a day, starting from a prepared template. For larger roll-outs we map your process with you first and help you set up boards, resources and integrations.
How do you handle data?
Your data is hosted in the EU and vPlan is ISO 27001 certified. MFA is available on every plan, with SSO and session management on Enterprise.
Are there any additional costs?
No set-up fee. Prices exclude VAT. Extra resources can be added at any time and are billed pro rata; only tailored implementation or consultancy is quoted separately.
